Exclusive Interview with the Principal: Insights into School Leadership

As part of our ongoing series on school leadership, we had the privilege of sitting down with our esteemed principal of Holy School Primary School, Mr Rob Costin.

Mr Costin shared what he loves about the school and what makes it tick.

Year Six leaders organised and actioned this interview as part of their leadership course

Here are some of the leadership qualities they showed:

Researched how to run a successful interview

Organised the interview questions with the intention of promoting the school

Set up all the media equipment including lighting, camera and lav mics

Chose a good space to record

Organised a time to interview Mr Costin

Showed courage to interview the Principal

Had fun and some good laughs along the way
